| Patrons agree to be responsible for any loss or damages to books and videos and to pay any fines or damages incurred. |

will be expected to behave in a quiet, orderly manner, and handle
library materials with respect. |
| Books
are due in 2 weeks. |
| Videos
are due in 1 week. |
| Magazines
are due in 1 week. |
| Patrons must be 17 to take out "R" rated videos |
| DVD movies due 1 week |

OVERDUE BOOKS AND VIDEOS
| A
charge of 5 cents per library day per item will be leveled on overdue
books. |
| A
charge of 25 cents per library day per video. |
| A
charge will be 50 cents if the video is not rewound. |
| The
librarian may exercise the right to limit the number of books and videos
taken by a patron who has a consistent number of overdue item in the past. |
| Patrons
or family members of patrons with overdue books, videos, or unpaid fines
may not take any materials from the library. |
| Patrons
must be responsible for library materials for their children under the age
of 18. |
| No child shall take out library materials without parents knowledge. |
