Get a Clue@ YOUR LIBRARY For Children in Preschool to Grade 4 The first 50 Children to sign-up will receive a "Get a Clue" book bag!

You Never Know@ YOUR LIBRARY For youth in Grades 4 -12 The first 50 participants to sign-up will receive a "YNK" book bag!

How it Works: 1. Children ages 3 to 9 can register for the independent or family reader program. 2. You may register for the reading programs any time after the last day of school. 3. You’ll receive a reading register to log the number of minutes you read each day. 4. Sign a contract with the librarian to decide how many hours you will spend reading this summer. 5. Each time you read (or are read to) for 15 minutes, enter the date and initial a box on your reading record. 6. When you complete a row of boxes you may visit the library to collect some incentive prizes, and give-aways, or enter contests. 7. Everyone who completes their contract will earn a certificate and a special set of prizes. 8. Children may also attend any of the age-appropriate story programs that will be offered once a week July 10 through August 8th. Story time reading during the program may be added to your reading log. 9. The Library welcomes children of all abilities. |

yet entered kindergarten): age-appropriate stories and activities.
July 10, 24, 31 & Aug. 7. School-Age Story Hour, Wednesday at 2:45 p.m. For Students entering Grades 1-4: age-appropriate stories and activities. July 11, 18, 25, Aug. 1 & 8. |

this event has been Anyone’s Guess, An Interactive Mystery: The Cracks in the Walls For Students entering Grades 5 & Up Limited to 20 participants—pre-registration required. |
