Earth Worm Derby!
Two contestants each pick out an earth worm and put them in the small square.

The contestants spray water on their worms to get them to move.

Or they may pet them to get them to move.

 

Contestants could not push or pull their worms.

The first worm to go completely out of the small square is the winner.

A helper mom takes care of the retired racing worms.

Prizes were awarded to all contestants!

After the races, stories, and a craft activity, the participants
enjoyed a snack of "Mud Pudding and Worms."
