DYPL held a Scholastic Buy-One-Get-One Free Book Fair in June 2007.
At the same time Art Work by students from Delevan Elementary School was displayed in the Library and patrons were invited to bring in donations of Non-perishable food items for the Delevan Area Food Pantry. For each item donated they received a ticket for a chance to win an original art objects donated by local artisans. The drawing was held Friday, June 8, 2007

At left, Mary Lee O'Connell poses with her framed Botanical Print of a Painted Trillium, created and donated by Bernadette Keleher; and Jen Bockhahn accepts two CD's recorded and donated by the Allegany Mountain Dulcimer Players.

Jackie Cornwall is shown with the items she won in the drawing: a painting, "Moonlight Reflection," by Tim Lehr, and  the quilted "Springtime" table runner created by Sue Bolster.

Pam Waterman is the winner of a hand-woven basket, created and donated by Trista Reisdorf.

Donna Barski is all smiles as she receives the painting, "Sunset," created and donated by Tim Lehr.

Other winners were:
Janine Thompson - CD by the Allegany mountain Dulcimer Players
Gwen Bixby - two skeins of hand-spun wool, and a pair of handmade knitting needles donated by Joann Russell.
Trista Reisdorf - matted and framed photograph of the NY City skyline, created & donated by Janine Thompson.
