At the Friends'
November meeting, a decision was made to have a
dish-to-pass dinner at the library in January instead of their
annual Christmas dinner at Sprague's Restaurant . The Friends are
encouraging additional community members to support their local
library.
As the New Year
quickly approaches, it is time to decide which friend members
would like to invite to our Friends' Night Out on
January 12 at 6 pm in the community room. Once the decision is
made, next comes what to bring. Please help out the Friends
by bringing a main dish if your last name begins with
A-R or a dessert if your name starts with S-Z.
No need to bring
table service because Charlene VanDusen has kindly offered to
donate paper plates, and the library will provide coffee and tea.
Friends'
Night Out
promises to be an evening filled with delicious food and
fellowship!
