Services: We lend feature, non-feature and children's videos and AV
equipment to individuals and institutions throughout the
Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Library System.

Registration: Patrons must be 18, have a Prendergast Library card,
and use their own cards to check out videos.

Loan Policy: Items are loaned for one week at no charge.

Overdues/Fines: There is a fine of 5 cents a day to a maximum of $3 per
video plus a 39 cent fee for overdue notices.  Patrons are blocked from
borrowing when they owe $5 in fines or have items that have been overdue for six weeks.

Reserves/Renewals: Patrons may reserve videos for a 50 cent fee.  They
may renew any video once unless someone else has requested the title.
Patrons may reserve/renew in person, by phone or online.

Replacement fee required for lost/damaged items.
