NOVEL staff answer questions regarding access, searching techniques, and troubleshooting.
In order to better serve NOVELNY customers, the NOVELNY vendors (EBSCO, Gale, and Scholastic) now support libraries by directly answering questions related to their products.
The following types of questions can be answered by the NOVELNY Help Desk:
- Registration
- General how-to´s
- Questions about the NOVELny program and databases
The following types of questions should be directed to the individual vendors:
- Updates in contact information (contact person, e-mail address, phone number, etc.)
- IP updates
- Requests for URLs, usernames and passwords
- Statistics
- Remote access
