2013 System Annual Meeting

Member Library Directors should have received a paper invitation and registration form for the 2013 CCLS Annual Meeting in their delivery.  Attached here is a pdf version.

**In the interest of saving money–per Long Range Plan Goal 4.2 if you are keeping track–we are not mailing invitations to each Trustee this year** Please pass on Annual Meeting information to your Trustees! Here’s the basics:

What: 2013 CCLS Annual Meeting!

Where: Robert H. Jackson Center,  305 East Fourth St., Jamestown, NY

When: Wednesday, October 9, 2013: Cash Bar at 6pm, Dinner at 6:30pm

How: Each Library Director has a registration form.  Fill it out and return it to Cindy Peterson by October 2  (in the delivery, or email: cpeterson@cclslib.org, or fax: 484-1205).

How Much: Each Library can bring 2 representatives for free; additional guests welcome to attend at a cost of $14 each (include payment with the registration form please).

Why: Have a delicious meal, share ideas with other library lovers, elect two new System Trustees, celebrate our accomplishments, and listen to an engaging talk (with apologies, the keynote speaker will be Eli Guinnee–I promise this will not happen again next year).

Steering Committee members, Eli Guinnee & Janice Dekoff, will present the Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Library System’s Long Range Plan.

A buffet dinner will be provided at no charge for two representatives from each member library (trustees and/or staff). Additional guests are welcome to attend at their own expense of $28.50 each. Reservations beyond the two free dinners per library must be accompanied by payment, which is non-refundable.

Each member library director has the form needed to make reservations. The form should list the names of staff and/or trustees attending.

Reservation forms are included in a mailing sent to library directors only – trustees should contact their librarian to make reservations. The reservation form is due at System Headquarters by Tuesday, Oct. 2. Please send, e-mail (cpeterson@cclslib.org) or fax (484-1205) reservations to Cindy Peterson.

Directions to Old Library & Events Inn: From 86, take Exit 26 to Olean, at the end of the exit make a right and follow 16 South until the 417 intersection. Continue straight and Old Library Events and Inn will be the second and third buildings on your right.
